Main Hall:
£16.00 per hour for one-off private events/parties and regular commercial bookings.
£14.00 per hour for regular club/charity/not-for-profit bookings
£18.00 per hour for one-off commercial bookings
Meeting Room:
£12.00 per hour (£6.00 for each subsequent hour for regular club/charity/not-for-profit bookings)
Kitchen: If you require the kitchen, please indicate on the booking form. A fixed £20 surcharge is payable to cover the whole length of your hire. This includes use of the urn, fridges, cooker, microwave and all the crockery/cutlery, and use of the dishwasher.
Deposits: Evening bookings and larger bookings will attract a £100 deposit, repayable in whole or by part within 28 days as long as the premises are left undamaged and in a clean and tidy condition.

Governance: Acton Playing Fields and Village Hall (APFVH) is managed by a Committee of user representatives, who govern and manage this village facility. Charity registration number 304850. The village hall is not governed or managed by the Parish Council. As a regular user of the hall, the Parish Council selects two councillors each year to be members of the Trustee Committee. An Annual General Meeting normally takes place in April each year at the hall.
