Main Hall: £16.00 / hour for one off events
Main Hall: £14.00/ hour for regular bookings
Meeting Room: £12.00/ hour
Acton Playing Fields and Village Hall (APFVH) is in Acton, near Sudbury, in Suffolk. The Village Hall is managed by a Committee of user representatives who govern and manage this village facility. Charity registration number 304850. The Village Hall is not governed or managed by the Parish Council.
As a regular user of the Hall, the Parish Council selects two councillors each year to be members of the Trustee Committee.
An Annual General Meeting normally takes place in April each year at the Hall.
